Why? Because everybody loves <b>chocolate</b>. It makes us happy because of its so-called happy-chemical content.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Yesterday while looking for something to eat, I noticed a small stand selling <b>chocolate truffles</b>. Usual truffles can be found anywhere but what about <b>dark truffles</b>?&nbsp;Has anyone tried it? Well, I bought 2 truffles yesterday. One is with <b>peppermint </b>and the other is with <b>pecans</b>. Both are mouth watering =) Truffles with peppermint is really mouth refreshing while the one with pecans is crunchy.&nbsp;It's also nice to know that peppermint has been used for <b>stomach woes like gallbladder disease</b>. Pecans on the other hand is known for its <b>cholesterol lowering capabilities</b>. So do not be afraid of eating much of this because it is healthy. Most of us chocolate lovers are very particular with the cocoa content. I prefer 70% dark chocolate. The higher the cocoa content the better =) I enjoy every bit of it melting in my mouth. This is what I am enjoying right now =) <b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">Whittakers 72% DARK GHANA</span></b>. This chocolate has a robust, earthy <b>cocoa flavor</b>. Whittakers has a wide variety of dark chocolates. Let me give you a quick run through.</div><br />1. 62% DARK CACAO. This one has a slight sweet aftertaste.<br />2. 72% GHANA Peppermint. Same as DARK GHANA but with Peppermint.<br />3. 62% DARK CARAMEL. I haven't tried this but Whittakers advertisement said that this will surely melt in your mouth.<br />4. 62% DARK ALMOND.<br />5. 62% DARK MOCHA. This is is also a winner! It has a <b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">strong coffee taste and coffee bean texture</span></b>.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">For those who have not tried this chocolate and you're scared it will be in your trash bins after, you may try their SANTE version. It's so small that I can finish it in a minute.
